This is the first course in real estate. This is the course you need before applying for your Florida real estate license. You can take the FAST Daytime Course or the Evening Course. Both courses cover the same materials and are fully approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission. You’ll learn from instructors who are broker-qualified and highly experienced in real estate.

DAYTIME FAST COURSE
7 Days from 8:30 until 5:30
- Monday through Friday, then the following Monday and Tuesday
- 1 hour lunch break at 12:30.
- 2 breaks each morning and afternoon
GOOD: Accelerated course, you’re less likely to forget stuff you learned early in the course.
NO SO GOOD: Goes FAST, so you’ll have to prepare, stay awake, and FOCUS. Enroll early so you can get your book and start reading!
EVENING COURSE
8 Weeks from 6:00 to 9:40
- Tuesdays and Thursday evenings
- 2 breaks
GOOD: Best for persons who work during the day
Moves a little slower so you can absorb it at your own pace.
NOT SO GOOD: You’re learning it after a long day.
It’s easier to forget material you learned earlier.
