The Department of Business and Professional Regulation is now expediting the licensing process for real estate professionals. Applicants who have passed the state license exam can print their licenses by logging in to their secure online account at www.myfloridalicense.com. This lets new licensees start to work 7 to 10 days earlier than in the past. Previously they had to wait for the license to arrive in the mail. The Department issues 2000 real estate licenses each month. In addition to new licenses, this process will allow licensees to renew online and print the license at their convenience.
