Registration is the process of entering information into the DBPR’s records. Examples would be business entities like corporations and partnerships, the names of brokers and sales associates, and the names of the persons or entities that employ those licensees. Sometimes persons who without a license can register, such as officers or directors of brokerage companies. Sales associates must register with a broker or owner developer before performing real estate activities.
