This state approved course fulfills the Florida Real Estate Commission’s 28-hour reactivation course requirement for brokers and sales associates who have held an involuntary inactive Florida real estate license for more than 12 months but fewer than 24 months.

Course Information

The course has nine units. You must complete each unit before going to the next unit. At the end of each unit you will take a 15-question practice exam. In order to get credit for completing the unit, you must correctly answer at least 12 questions (80%) correctly. If you do not achieve a score of at least 80% on a unit practice exam, you must retake the exam until you pass it before continuing in the course.

After completing Unit 9, you will take a Practice Final Exam. You should correctly answer at least 35 questions (70%) before going on to the final exam.

Final Exam

You must take the exam in one sitting. You may not bookmark the exam to come back later. You may not use the “back” button on your computer or the exam will close and will be scored. You may not copy the questions or your test will be void.

Passing Score is 70%
You will be presented with 50 multiple-choice questions. To pass, you need to correctly answer 35 questions (70%).

90 Minutes to Complete the Exam
You have 1 1/2 hours to complete the exam. At the end of 1 1/2 hours, the exam will close and show the number of questions you have answered correctly.

Opportunity for an Alternate Exam
If you exit the exam before you have a passing score, or if you fail the exam, you are entitled to an additional attempt. You may take an alternate exam immediately if you wish to. In any event, you must take it within one year of the date of the original exam. If you do not pass the second exam, you must re-purchase and must once again complete the course material to become eligible for another end-of-course exam attempt and obtain a passing score.

No Access to Review Final Exam
To maintain the integrity of the final exam, you may not review the questions or their answers after the exam is completed. This is the case whether or not you passed the exam.

Do Not Get Outside Help
You may not consult any books, or notes during the exam, and you may not receive help from any person. You will be required to sign an affidavit to that effect before you receive your course completion certificate.
