This course meets Florida’s education requirements for becoming a real estate broker. It includes relevant information on appraising, financial analysis and the operation of a brokerage office. Whether or not you intend to operate a brokerage firm, this course will provide valuable knowledge and increase your income. Advance registration is required. The tuition includes books and classroom materials.

Daytime – 8:30 to 5:00pm
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Week 3: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

This course is taught by experienced real estate professionals who will keep you interested and engaged. The course includes the real estate license law, investments, contracts, closing procedures, finance, appraising, and taxation. The Real Estate School, Inc. is devoted exclusively to real estate education. We help you enjoy the course and to PASS the state exam.

Before applying to take the state exam, You must have had two years experience during the previous five years under a real estate broker in any jurisdiction. Working under an owner/employer does not qualify.

If you are already licensed in another state, you might qualify for
a mutual recognition license if you are in one of the 10 states
that have an agreement with Florida.

The Real Estate Broker Course

  •    Consists of 72 hours.
  •    Must be approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
  •    Students may miss no more than 8 hours of class.
  •    Students must complete a 100-questions final examination with a score of at least 70%.

    • The application must be notarized and the following items included:
      •  Electronic fingerprints
      •  You can get fingerprinted at a Pearson Vue site.
      •  A check for $83.75 (sales associate) or $91.75 (broker)

    The State Exam

    •    Given by Pearson VUE, Inc.  at 21 locations in Florida.
    •    The charge is $57.75 per exam.
    •    The exam is given on a computer.
    •    Exam is graded immediately after completion.

      Dear Ed, The courses covered plenty of information. Of course it was hard but it was very helpful. I did learn a lot, not just for the exams, but also for my knowledge in Real Estate and other areas.
